How do I contact you if I have a question or problem?

By Email: Due to the overwhelming inquires we receive, the quickest way to contact us is by using our contact form. We will reply as soon as possible; usually within one business day.

By Phone: You can call us Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST at 610-821-0345 ext. 139. If we cannot answer the phone at the time of your call, please leave us a message and reference your order number if applicable. We will get back to you within one business day.


Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?

All orders placed by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19th, 2013 will be guareteed for delivery by Christmas Eve.

Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.


When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 7-10 business. Orders containing special event merchandise or DVDs will be held until all items are ready for shipping. If you ordered event specific merchandise, it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery based on availability. DVDs can take up to 4 weeks.


I want to order a product as a Christmas gift. Will I receive it in time?

All orders placed on or before December 19, 2013 will be delivered by Christmas Eve.


What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server. 


Where do I enter my promo code?

If you have a promo code, please enter it in the "Discount Codes" box in your shopping cart before checkout.


Does The 34 Store have a satisfaction guarantee, and what is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on offering only the finest professional licensed products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product(s) you wish to return or exchange to us within 30 days along with a letter explaining the reason for return, and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount less shipping charges.

Please Note:
soiled or laundered garments cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a production error on our part. All other merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date we ship your order. To return or exchange an item, write your order number on the outside of the box and send it via UPS or Certified US Mail to: 601 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa. 18101. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. 


What is your pricing policy?

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference; you will only be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All international orders ship for a flat-rate shipping charge of $30.


Do I have to pay the cost of returning my order?

Once the shipment has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the charges of returning the product to our returns department. If the return is the result of a mistake made by Youth Education in the Arts, then the organization will pay for the return. Otherwise, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product.

How do I request a catalog?

Because we are mostly an Internet retailer, we do not print a catalog. All of the items we carry can be found on this website, or on site at drum corps shows and at large regional USBands shows and championship events.


What happens when an item is on back order or you are out of stock of an item?

Most items at the 34 Store are exclusive products that you'll find no where else. Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get out of stock and back-ordered products back into inventory as quickly as possible, however, the manufacturer of an item may also be out of stock which could cause a much longer delay.

The price, shipping cost, and shipping time for closeout/discontinued items varies on the availability of the item. The number of close/out-discontinued items ordered is subject to change. For example, if you order three closeout/discontinued items and it is discovered that only two are available, we will cancel the unavailable item and its price from your order and ship the two products we were able to obtain. It is not guaranteed that we will be reordering an item, so you will be contacted if an item you ordered is going to be on backorder or will be discontinued.


Can I order an old DVD that is not listed on your website?

Yes! We are able to produce most past USBands & USSBA videos. Please contact us to find out the availability of the video you are looking for.
